NPQ in Executive Leadership (NPQEL)

The NPQEL programme is currently being delivered collaboratively between two Teaching School Hubs: Cambridgeshire & Peterborough and Saffron. Face-to-face conferences are held nationally in Birmingham.

Programme breakdown

The NPQEL is designed for school leaders who are, or aspire to be, an Executive Headteacher or have a CEO role within a school trust with responsibility for leading several schools.

It may also be helpful for executive leaders responsible for other functions within a Trust seeking to broaden their understanding of educational leadership.

Designed with busy school leaders in mind, the NPQEL is delivered using a blend of online seminars, flexible online learning and face-to-face national conferences.
